UpliftED Youth Empowerment Conference 2023

Images in this gallery were captured at Contra Costa County supervisor, Federal D. Glover’s, first post-pandemic youth conference. Supervisor Glover has been holding youth empowerment conferences for almost 25 years.

This year’s conference was held on Saturday, September 23, 2023 on the campus of Los Medanos College in Pittsburg, California. It featured dynamic speakers, exciting workshops, lots of engagement and entertainment. Students from across the county attended.
